Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Damages
Belle Ame is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. In the event that you receive your order in a damaged condition, please immediately contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and the damaged goods as evidence when filing the claim. This will assist the carrier in processing your claim efficiently.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Belle Ame is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Belle Ame will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Incorrect Address
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address entered during checkout is correct. Belle Ame is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize that you have entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately at Belleame898@gmail.com. We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
